Reiki: Self-Treatment

General Self-Treatment:

Head Palms over eyes.
Palms over ears.
One hand above other behind head.
Throat  
Torso Begin as high as you can on chest with fingertips touching.
Go down the body, one hand-width at a time.
Extremities Treat any parts that feel in need.

Timing: 5 min. each for head positions and throat.
7-10 min. for torso positions

Chakra Chakras
self-treatment:		 One hand on crown, one over forehead.
Leave hand on forehead, move crown hand to throat.
Leave hand on throat, move forehead hand to heart.
Leave hand on heart, move throat hand to solar plexus.
Leave hand on solar plexus, move heart hand to belly.
Leave hand on belly, move solar plexus hand to groin.
Leave hand on groin, move belly hand to crown.

Timing: 3 min. /position (21 min. total).
